Homes and everyday living areas
Residential applications include living rooms, kitchens and utility rooms. We also lay metallic epoxy resin in garages, where we transform a tired garage floor into a showpiece.
We can lay over underfloor heating once the substrate has been checked for moisture. If the slab has movement or damp, we tell you before we quote. The system is also suitable for older concrete slabs after prep.
Commercial spaces and hospitality
For commercial spaces, the floor does two jobs. It looks sharp, and it takes a beating. In hospitality spaces, it gives guests a luxurious first impression.
In retail environments, it helps your products stand out on display. Showrooms use it as a mirror-like backdrop for cars, and nightclubs love how it catches every beam and neon glow.
Workshops, warehouses and factories
Workshops, warehouses and factories need a floor that takes punishment. We fit commercial environments like these with a hard, sealed surface that wipes down fast. Tell us about your site, and we will confirm the right system.
Why UK demand for industrial and commercial floors keeps rising
The UK resinous flooring market was valued at about US$136.4 million in 2024, and it is forecast to reach around US$248.5 million by 2033. Epoxy was the largest resin type by revenue.
UK construction output reached about £225.5 billion in 2025, up 1.8% and the fifth year of growth in a row. Industrial construction output was around 19% higher, worth roughly £11 billion of extra work.
England and Wales held about 647.7 million m² of business floorspace in 2025, and 410.8 million m² of it was industrial. That is roughly four times the 100.6 million m² of retail and well above the 79.2 million m² of offices.
UK manufacturers also recorded £452.0 billion in product sales in 2025, and about 2.68 million people worked in manufacturing in Q2 2026. That is a lot of floor that has to be safe, clean, and long-lasting.
